As a Data Analyst you will work in a dynamic research environment. You will be part of the Data Team. This team is responsible for the design and modelling of sound statistical methods and data visualization for our research projects. You statistically monitor the quality of data processing and analysis for a wide range of research projects. You contribute to strong data visualisation stories for our clients.
You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree which gives you a profound knowledge of basic statistics
You have a passion for data
You know and understand basic statistics (average, median, frequencies, significant differences…) and know how to interpret them
You can fluently read and interpret tables and graphs
You have experience with data visualisation
You have experience in programming languages, preferably R, and willing to further learn scripting and basic programming
Knowledge of Power BI and/or SPSS is a plus
You are bilingual Dutch/English (written + oral). Knowledge of French is a plus
You have a growth mindset, are willing to continuously learn and work on new solutions
You are interested in tech evolutions and innovations
You put the customer first and are solution-oriented
You are a team player, with integrity, empathy and a positive attitude
You are communicative and flexible
